Good news for Mark Sanchez

Rookie quarterback has a sprained knee, but he might not miss a game.

Rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez might be able to play in the New York Jets' next game after spraining the posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during a 19-13 victory over Buffalo on Thursday night. Coach Rex Ryan said an MRI exam Friday revealed the severity of the injury, which could have been much worse.
